Our Story
Established in 2005, Ordonez group started with Marlon Ordonez.
Originally from Honduras, Marlon realized that while Leamington was home to a more than willing and ready workforce, not all of them were able to connect with the employers that needed them.
Sensing this gap in the market, Marlon started offering transportation services, in order to connect employers with the companies that needed them.
Using an old red cargo van, Marlon started by giving rides to 14 of his co-workers, as well as delivering lunches to local farms, from these humble beginnings, Ordonez Group has grown to provide employment to over 1500 individuals last year alone.
